The ValueShop24 planning software has been certified for the integration of online planning tools into the dealers' inventory systems.

The Crystal Design partnership is the first company to have been certified by IWOfurn as a solution provider with integrated sales solutions.

Crystal Design develops visual sales tools and media that render the product knowledge, trade knowledge, operating knowledge and market knowledge, eligible, representable, placeable and electronically reproducible. The tools and media shall be made available for user self-help activities and agent sales promotions.

The ValueShop24 solution platform from Crystal Design is both able to send order data to all IWOfurn catalogue data partners and process the same. The certificate was presented for the online planning module, which can either be called as an external configurator from IWOfurn or as process integrated into the inventory management system.
